sm465 swap

I have come across a 1987 chevrolet 4x4 1ton in good shape, but its an automatic, and I am looking for a manual trans truck. I wanted to know two things, first is how hard would a swap from auto to stick shift be in this vehicle (th400-sm465). Is it a pretty straight forward operation, and what would I need to pull this off (pedals, flywheel, bellhousing, clutch, transmission....drive shafts?, trans mounts?). Will the 205 transfer case work with this transmission, or will I need a coupler of some sort?

Second, does anyone have a complete setup....everything listed above...plus whatever else I have missed to sell? I know people are always swapping out the sm465 for a th400, would anyone be interested in a trade perhaps....if close by, I could even drive the truck over there, and we can swap one for the other.
Thanks,

oh, and for your info, yes, it should be a fairly straightforward swap, providing you get all the parts.

your 400 version 205 will be different than a 465 version in the input area.

Should be identical... round pattern and long 32-spline input from '85 onward. The hard part will be getting the adapter.

Might be better off to find a complete SM465/NP205 setup to swap in. A TH400/NP205 combo is considered desirable & worth should fetch some good $$$.
