WTB: L6 Intake/Carb/Header

Hi all -

New to the board and trying to get up my '67 C20 a little better off than when it came to me. I've got a lot of issues with the stock carb but when I started looking into getting a replacement Rochester B, I'm pretty sure this is not a carb I want to get another of. Now I'd like to see if I can deal with several things at once. Does anyone has a Clifford or Offy 4bbl intake, paired with a split header that won't need grinding, etc, to get along? And while I'm at it, maybe a Carter AFB that'll run right on a 292? Nothing too much, I'm thinking 400cfm should do the trick. I'm not looking to set speed records (esp with a 4.56 rear), I'm just hoping to change out this crappy single barrel with something with decent performance that won't take forever to set up right. I'd welcome suggestions. Thx, Warren
