Totally Blew my Mind Today

Entered in the Twin Cities car show today with my old 1 Ton. Out of 480 some entries I got Best Truck 1 ton and over. Couldn't believe it. Still think it was some mistake.
Stillookn no way are you ever getting this truck back now!!!

ne: CONGRATS!!! Great truck!

If I could be so bold as to make a suggestion I would say that your wife would much prefer a box of chocolates or maybe some flowers??

Now thats a truck. Most of the other truck, if anything like the carshows buy my house, will probably never have anything put in the bed again.

Give yourself/truck more credit! I used to be in a street rod club and when it came time for us to pick our club award, we always went for something unique and different rather than the 75K outlaw-bodied '34 chevy. I am sure you are just as proud of that truck as anyone else is of their car or truck. That is a fine example of Chevy history and you have every right to be proud of it.

I love your truck, way to go on the show! I use my truck for hauling stuff also (I just use blankets & tarps & take my time loading stuff) and have fun with it.

Sillyoldman and Castiron9...actually oldiron's wife would prefer that he just restore her truck or her '55 so she could win a few shows...LOL!

Congratulations! It feels good taking home an award when you least expect it. I took first in class with my 73' Nova SS yesterday at a local show. I haven't had that car out in years, really surprised me.
