what options book would show the crewcab ?

I herd there is a book that shows the crewcab option . dos any body know where that is?

I would think nowhere because it was an aftermarket thing. Crewcabs were made the same way a lot of limo's are made, take a new vehicle and modify it. As a general rule they were not sold to regular people, just companys that were buying in lots. I have seen at least three different versions and I would bet it was three different companys, based on who was closest and who came in with the lowest bid on the mods. Chevy didn't keep very good records on what they were doing in house during these years. If you could find out what company did the mods you might have a chance if they are still in business.
