5" gauges in the dash

Where do these 5" tach/speedo units come from? Looked at a few sites and the tachs are post mounted w/shift lights. Just need some place to look at them and find prices. Thanks for your time, Steve

Where In South Mississippi

WELCOME FROM CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

I see you joined in May, but this is my first time to see one of your posts...So, where are you located in south Mississippi? There are several members down your way. EdB & Palf70Step are in coast region and Krue is in the Hattiesburg neighborhood.

We often make trips to & fro to meet members and just hang out....so we look forward to meeting you!!!

Oh, are you looking for information on 5" gauges that mount IN the dash....or TO the dash/column?? I got mine from Jegs and Summit Racing, but I don't have the shift light you mentioned.

they get a get a bit spendy but I am looking at them too. Autometer makes some "indash" ones they are made to go in the dash like you are saying go to summitracing and start there.
good luck
Dave

I ordered mine from Jegs and Summit. Thay are about the same price, but Summit seems to ship faster. (They have a warehouse close to me ) They do get pretty pricey, but if you do a couple at a time, you'll get there sooner or later (probably later). I get to order my speedo this payday. Tach is P/N ATM-5160 from Summit about $120 minus shipping.

Oh yeah, Putter, what is up with your tach? Does it always point down with no power? I have never seen mine like that.

Putter, I live in Brooklyn. PMd Krue and let him know that I was in the area. Startin to redo the truck this summer, paint, inside the cab. Finished all the mech during the winter. I want the exact gauges that you have including that vacuum guage. Great site, been lookin for something like this for ten years. Steve

Nope. That was right out of the box and installed in the bezel without ever having power to it. Now it goes to "0" at shut-off.

355 - Start saving your pennies now....mine ran in the neighborhood of $650 including the price of the new bezel and electric speedo sending unit.
Also, if you want to head up to Jackson sometime, we can show you at least 3 yards all within 40 minutes of Jackson that have several of our era trucks to get parts off of.

I'm thinking about using these with the Three hole bezel (small tach in center hole)
