help with sealer/primer...???

i just got a truck and the PO has in down to metal, no surface rust, it been inside. i just want to know what can i use as a sealer primer to protect from rust, but still be able to do body work without having to remove what i put on. thanks.

If the metal is good and clean then spray it with etching primer.
