Radio Speaker Problems

My radio speaker isn't wanting to work. What could be wrong? How do I get this thing out of the dash? My radio works fine when hooked up to another speaker.

It's been awhile since I removed my speaker, but it seems like there was a spring clip of some sort holding it in. If you've got the radio out just look up at the speaker - it will be apparant how it comes out once you see it. I had the heater box out when I removed mine, but I can't remember if it needs to be out of the way or not to get the speaker out. Basically, just take off whatever's holding it in and remove whatever it takes to drop it out from under the dash.

If you remove the glove-box liner you'll be able to see and gain access to it. I bought a replacement for mine a while ago. I can't remember were though! It was one of the larger parts suppliers.
