what do i need?

i am pretty sure it is just cab mounts, and hinge pin and bushings, am i right, here is a picture

Looking at the body line at the rear of the door, I think you are on the right track. You should be able to answer your own question regarding the pins and bushings. If you lift up on the rear of the door and you have quit a bit of play it's either the pins and bushings, or the hinges themselves. Since the pins and bushing are cheap and pretty easy to install I would try them first.....

no no no it needs paint, a cowl hood, and a big fat set of meats out back (to go with that tach)

i am working on getting on that, i have some eagle 117 wheels, 15x8's for the front, i am wanting to get some skinny, shorter tires for, they need polished though, and some 15x10 for the back that i want to put some big, wide tires on, also my uncle needs a hood for his 84 so i am trying to sell him mine so i can get a cowl hood, i am thinking of painting it a hugger orange, or a orange like off the General Lee to match my Dixie horn i already have on it

1 more thing, when i bought the truck it had some american racing outlaw 1 15x10 inch wheels, with 295/50/15 tires all the way around, i don't like the wheels so i am going to sell them to my friend when he needs new tires, which will be soon
