Sorry this isn't a chevy part but it was supposed to be. I picked up 2 Access tonneau covers from a guy that said they were for full size pickup and they weren't.1 is for Ford And one is for Dodge .Both are Full size short boxes
I have included the links to a dealer that lists what it fits also
If these have been used it would amaze me as they are in excellent condition
boxes are pretty beat up

Looks like the dodge Tonneau has Black Rails and ford has Aluminum Rails
