Help with '72 GMC option codes

I have been trying to return my truck as close as I can to the way it was originally delivered. This was a heavily optioned truck that has several pieces missing. If anybody can offer any specific information to the following options or helping locate these missing parts, I would be grateful. Pictures would help.
CF2 CAMPER MIRRORS STAINLESS
K43 POLY-WRAP AIR CLEANER
A11 TINTED GLASS
F51 FRT & REAR SHOCK ABS?
K31 MANUAL THROTTLE
I attached a picture of my option sheet.
Thanks
Todd

F51=Front and rear shock absorbers.
K31=Manual throttle knob on dash.
K43 Poly Wrap A/Cleaner has me baffled!

So shocks were an option? There were 4x4s without shock absorbers?

ON one tons, the rear shocks were not included at base level, yours is probably just upgraded shocks....example, H.D. shocks over base model shocks.

Could you post all those options codes for me? I need some of them for my restoration. Congrats on options like those buckets and 4speed tilt. Thanks, Doug

Doug,
Let me know which ones you can't read and I'll go look.

Any chance for a clearer picture of each side of the sheet? I need most of them. Thanks
