Hey guys,

I bought my 20's this weekend and they have 275/45 on all four. Is this a good size for a 4/6 drop on a stepside? I'm not worried too much about the back it's the front that concerns me. I'd also like a little bit of a rake but if not possible that's cool.

id go with a 245/40/20 and a 275/35/20 on the rear if you are running a staggered set up ie. 20x8 20x9.5

The wheels are 20x8.5-all 4 of them. If that makes a difference.

Hey Rat, did you have any problems fitting the 20s under the truck with a 4/6 drop? I was planning on running a 2.5/4 drop, but now that I've seen your's, I really like the look. What kind of wheels are those as well?

you can do 4/6 with 20s easy, like i said im going 5/7, it will be close when i turn , but if i take care and not hit pot holes when turing i will be ok. ill probly have to leave the wheel wells out also.the wheels are american eagle 025.

RAT, how do you have your 4/6 drop right now? Spindles and springs or what? What are you changing (and keeping) to go to 5/7? I've got a 2.5"/3 right now and thinking I'd like to go 3.5/5. thanks for the info. After looking at these pics, I think I could live with the front but the back needs to come down an inch, maybe 2. I guess I could just use blocks...

purs, in the pics i posted, i do not have my 2" blocks instaled, just my 4 in springs. (old pic) , when you get the blocks in the truck will be almost level. i never installed new wheel whells when i built the truck , because i was going to bag it. with a 4/6 i know for sure you can leave them on with no issues. i have 3in belltec spindles, 1 in drop coils in front, the rear 4" coils with 2" blocks. the blocks where not installed in the pic, it still has a small rake to it but not much. i think thats also due to the 454 up front........rat
