68 TOW HOOKS, couple questions
I recently acquired a set of 67-68 style tow hooks that are chrome plated. Is this an option for maybe a fire truck or public service vehicle? Also, do the 67-68 hooks have a part # on them? I pulled them off a 71-72 gmc suburban if that helps. Thanks for any input! Sorry i can't post a pic of them, but i know they are correct 67-68 hooks. Eric

The number would probably have been smoothed off when chromed. No chrome from factory.

I have a set of chrome hooks too. The part #'s were partially smoothed when they were chromed. Pretty sure this was done by a previos owner and not factory. Sure do look better below a chrome bumper than painted hooks would though.
