Cab Mounting Washers - Need Help!!!

I am picking up my cab tonight. I bought an energy suspension cab mount kit which I thought was complete.

It refers to factory washers ( some with a square insert ) on the front and rear mounts. Are these a must or can I just use any washers?

If I do need the factory washers, where can I get them ( Part #) ? If not, what is the size of the washers I need?

Thanks for your help in advance!!!

We get very large washers from "Fastenal" which is an industrial fasteners company. For the tube we cut off the right length of 1/2" conduit. We have also made washers out of square plates 1/8" thick with a hole in the middle.

The factory washers that I have seen, have the tube extruded with the washer as a one piece unit. I have also seen the tubes welded to the washers but when the bolt is tightened down the tube will not move against the washer so what we do does work.
