Question 1970 GMC 2500 "Super Custom"

Thanks to all who helped with the VIN on this truck, so far;
c=2wd
e= v-8
2=3/4 ton
34=fleetside
Z=Fremont plant
Z=1970

The badge's on the side say 2500 Super Custom. Anyone have any info on these models?
I looked at it today and it looks like original black paint with a few cancer spots scrapes etc. Frame looks solid, bed has wood floor all around. Looks like it has factory air/heat.
Any way I'm gonna call the guy and take a closer look, he's asking $3500 obo, what do you think about that,,, round about?

Thanks!

Any hurricane damage?

In all reality, that is quite a bit (IMO) for a 3/4 ton truck. For that price, i would expect something VERY clean....little to no rust, well optioned (like a Sierra or Sierra Grande) The whole drivetrain needing nothing...ect.

Any chances of getting pics?

Would really hate to take advantage of mother nature, but I'm willing to bet he is hurting for cash to put his home back together...offer him 2500.

Guys, let me know if I am off base here.
