Turn signal help.

Hey folks, I'm at work so I hoping to figure this out before I go home.

Coming to work today the turn signal on dash just showed "on" no blinky blinky when I used the signal. No problem I think. I just figured I blew a bulb. Well, I check the other direction nothing there. HMMM. I pulled into the lot and I have both front lights when I use the turn signal I cannot see the rears. I put on the lights all seems good. But still no turn signals. The rear lights are on but no blinking.

I can't see if my brake lights are working (I couldn't find anything to wedge the brakes on.)

So, I have good lights up front and no lights in rear when I use the turn signal. But Have lights all around when I turn on the lights. Status of lights when I brake is unknown.

Any thoughts??? Is it the the can on the fuse block. Something else?? Brake light fuse is good.
