This will fit an eaton 14b HO52, or HO72. OR will fit into a 14b if you use the eaton axle shafts.
Bump for ya brutha

I don't know much about differentials. Would this fit a 12 bolt differential?

No, only a 14 bolt or Eaton axle.

So this works on Eaton HO52 and HO72 and later 14-bolts w/the Eaton shafts you have?Does it work with all ratios?I`m headin`out of town`til monday.I`ll check back.

What you said is correct. The ratio does not make any difference because you do not change the actual ring gear carrier. The locker goes inside your existing carrier. It will bolt right into all Eaton and 14 Bolt axles without reseting the ring and pinion. All you have to do is keep track of the carrier bearing adjustment nuts. It is very easy to do and here are some very detailed instructions:
http://www.off-road.com/chevy/tech/detroit/ For the 14 bolt you do have to run the Eaton axle shafts (which I will thrown in for Free if needed). You have to change them because the 14 Bolt and Eaton axle shafts have a different spline count. Otherwise the axle shafts are identical in both length and thickness. BTW: There are 3 different length 14 Bolts (63", 65", and 70"). The Eaton axle shafts I have will fit all 14 bolt axles except the extra wide 70" 14 Bolt's that came in Vans.
