Well started off as a simple little head swap.........
The F me.. Hey Drink, sound good to swap all the '73 up bbc stuff for the correct year '72 bbc stuff..

Yeah Drink it does sound like a good idea..
Some one should have slapped me....

I am waiting to get a set of hoses for the a/c.. but I do have the bbc brackets to complete the engine area....

Then I said..Hey drink.. Sound good to get rid of the big back crappy bumper....

Hell yeah it does....

So I did that as well....

took me over 3 weeks from begining of swapping the heads till the Rear bumper swap..... You would think I had nothing else to do...

I still need a good pic of the '72 alt bracket setup.. I had to use a spacer on the top for it to work...
I think I have it setup wrong..

Thanks for the compliment..

I should go into detail how long it took me to swap the heads, and the problems I had right after it..
(4 days and a stuck dizzy weights) great for tuning

I took over an hour looking through google images and finally found how my alt bracket should go..
I had it wrong. Bolted to water pump.
It should have been bolted to the head..

Pain in the butt to put back to somewhat stock...

Same bracket? or did you have to use a different one from the first pic??

different from first pic..
I have what I was told is a '72 only alt bracket.. Don't know the truth to it..

here is a pic of it with the spacer i used because, well.. I just didn't have it on right... SH!T happens..

Now I have it correct...
