I need to install a posi in my 85SWB, can anyone tell me which car or truck to look for for a 12 bolt posi. I have found several to purchase for about $250.

Unless your runin' 500+ HP ya don't need a 12 bolt rearend the stock 10 bolt is fine.

I installed a Power Trax Posi in my stock rearend and have never had any troubles in 10 yr's and you don't have to set it up like a conventional style posi unit no special tools or oil to use just remove the spyder gears and install the special gears that come in the kit.

Also installing another rear from some other car/truck will mean alot of modifications to get it in. Your not gonna find something thats just gonna bolt in.
