454 Engine

.040 454 engine 1981 date. I bought this from the owner of a local tow yard. It supposedly only has break in time due to a severe rear mainl leak. the oil pan was soaked on the outside with oil when i bought it. He pulled it and dropped in a small block. I pulled the pan and heads a couple years ago its been sitting in my shed ever since. You are more than welcome to come inspect it. I am selling it AS IS because I have never heard it run. It was my intention to install a bigger cam and ditch the peanut port heads in favor of some large oval ports. I also have a brand new peanut port Edelbrock SP2P intake. Take the motor and Intake for $450 cash or $400 less intake. I am not interested in shipping, and much prefer you to inspect it before purchasing. I am not a engine builder or machinist so there may be something I haven't noticed.
