wheres the link to disk conversion?

Im converting my 67 gmc c15 shortbed to disk this week. anyone have a link to help? also part numbers would be great so I dont have to get a kit, I can just pick these up at the local auto parts. thanks (also I got factory power brakes, and steering)

also what do I all need?

Inner & outer wheel bearings, new grease seals, dust caps, Calipers, Brake hoses, Pads, 12" 6 Lug Rotors, spindle nuts & Spindels.

do I need a proportioning valve?

I have a 1967 gmc c15 shortbed fleetside pickup with factory power brakes and power steering. I currently have 15” corvette rallies on this pickup. The suspention is lowered 5” in front and back but I cannot tell if they are aftermarket springs.

I want to order the disk conversion for this (6 lug). Can you tell me by these pictures if I can use The drop spindle with these old springs I have? Since its already lowered 5 inches?
