Window swap
I have a slider in my truck and want to put in a solid glass window. How hard is this to do? Should I leave it to the pros or give it a try? Anyone ever tried this before?

Piece of cake! A very easy removal and install. I think there is a post in the FAQ.

I looked at it more. I have the chrome trim around the window. I am going to try and pull the trim off and then pull the slider out. Then the new one goes in. The only thing I see as a problem is I have to wait till sunday to try it.

You should edit your location under "USER CP", you never know who might
be living just around the corner who might be able to help you out w/ it As of the time of this post 18,463 registered members here, and probably only 5,000 active but really you never know who might be close 2 ya.
