trans question
Hi I have a trans question and i know its should probably be on the 73 to 87 board but I done that already and not much for answers.Just bought a 85 1/2 ton from oklahoma and wouldn,t you know trans went out a week later.My question its aturbo350 and a friend has one from a 78 chev van and Im wondering if it should fit with no problems.Tailshaft is same lengthand complete trans for length measures the same.I know I won,t have lockup converter all I want is for it to run.All help appreciated.Thanks

If the tailshaft measures the same, you shouldn't have any problems...
