What Shaft to Use? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Can you use the stock GM 700R4 4x4 output shaft when adapting to an NP205 transfer case? I know Advance Adapters makes a 'short' output shaft to mate these together, but I also know that there's a company called 'Reds' or something like that, that sells an adapter to mate a 4x4 700R4 to an NP205 that was mated to a TH350. I just need to know if the 'Factory' output shaft will work with this 'Reds' adapter?
