Tool box help

I found an original tool box, but some of the screws are too rusted. Anyone have any suggestions on removing it without breaking it? Are there supposed to be 4 fairly large screws on the line part, opposite of the door? What would it be worth, the door has rust and the hinges are broke, but the liner looked very nice?

I'd strongly suggest keeping the door! That alone is near impossible to replace. I found hinges at Dennis's chevy in FL after a four month search. Id grind the heads off of the screws and keep the stubs for alighnment pins and either weld new hinges on or make new holes and use sheet metal screws. I've seen a repop door, its fiberglass and carries a $300.00 tag. Woodgrain molding is about $300.00 more.
