That looks very similiar to my truck when I bought. My guess is it was restored by the same guy that did my 77 and not the guy that owns it now. There are a number of things that are painted and detailed exactly the same way my 77 was.
I'm a little puzzled about the mileage claim though. I do know that the guy that restores them sometimes changes the gauge cluster. Maybe the current owner truly thinks the miles are correct.

Regardless it is a very nice truck, and if it was restored by the guy that did mine, the work is top notch.....

No, not at all. The shop had waaaay to many projects over the past few months. They had quite a few cars to get ready for a big run to the Colombus Goodguys show. Now that they are back in the shop, the work has begun again on my 77....

NICE truck . I noticed that the tailgate insert does not have a nameplate on it . Since the truck is done so nice , I would think he would have used one with a Chevrolet script . It looks like it has shackles on the rear which levels it out nicely . I have pics of N2TRUX Cheyenne at Super Chevy Dallas (before he owned it I think ) and it sits the same way . I would love to have it . I wonder what it takes to buy it ? Frank
