Radiator Support Clip
What are the clips called that go onto the radiator hold downs and where can you get them?

This is a clip that goes onto the end of the radiator hold down brackets that bolt down to the rad support of the truck.

After doing some digging it looks like its called a j-nut. I called hardware stores around my area and they dont have any. Does anyone know where I can find these?

You mean the J-nuts that the bolt/screw holding the fan shroud to the radiator brackets screw into?
Those are available thru 67-72 vendors (as are the hex head bolts/screws), but you might source them at a hardware store since they are just regular J-nuts. Just take the shrould holding bolt/screw with you.

i have heard them called a body clip or sheet metal fastener. napa does sell these. most napas have to order them. they are a comon piece used in many areas in the older cars and trucks. now they are plastic of a differant style.

I have bought them at Home Depot and Lowes in the hardware section. They are in the wide pull out drawers.
