Anyone using this manual overdrive unit?
It's from US Gear, not Gear Vendors.

It looks to be more of a hot rod unit than a tow rig unit...all depends on what you going to use it for, apears they have a splitter like the gear vendors unit...this could be interesting.
I wonder what the cost is... |

I think US Gear makes the old Doug Nash units. That one is not designed for the heavy duty hauling like the Gear Vendors unit.

It says right on the site it's not for towing.
I'm talking about putting it behind a built Turbo 400 in a hotrod short wheelbase with some stout rear gears. Make for an easier cruise rpm and more reliable than a 700R4? SC
