How much are these slot wheels worth??

Any ideas on how much these 15 x 10 6 lug Aluminum slot wheels are worth? I have a set of 4, all in good condition, no centercaps, appear to be 3.25" back-spacing. They were on my 67 Chevy K10 when I bought it. Thanks.

I was probably to cheap but I sold 2 10" and 2 8" for $75. They were in a little worse condition than yours.

Id say about $35 a rim. Also If anyone has a set of these in an 8 lug I would like to hear about them. If they are for sale I mean.

I'd buy those for my little 67 C10 if they were local. If the other 4 look as nice as that one I would consider 150 to 200 easy.

Thanks for the help. I didn't think to look at the back, I will do that tonight. And yes, they all 4 are in the same condition. I still have to remove the 33 x 12.50's before I can sell them. Thanks again, Greg

I`d say $150-200.Or,about 1/2 what they cost new. These are being made again in the 1/2t sizes by American, may effect used price.

Didn't see anything wider than 8" on the American Racing website. I will get the tires taken off the wheels around the middle of next week and get a est on shipping. I have received about 5 offers so far. May have to list on e-bay to make it fair to all. I have a week to figure it out, but they will be for sale. I didn't get to look at the back of them last night, should tonight. Greg

I have a set of 5-lugs that I got with my truck and this information was cast on the back of the rims, 8.5" US Indy Mags. These wheels wear in two places. The surface the washer rests against and the hole the lug fits in. I was trying to think of a reasonable way to make a tool to resurface where the washer rests and clean up the lug hole. Any ideas?

Shine those puppies up and you will get more for them. Try using a polishing ball.

Fine steelwool is a good start. Mothers makes a polishing ball that you can see advertised in most car mags. I purchased mine from an independant seller (out of Redding CA) at a car show/swap meet for half the price, $20. My buddy used his to polish his wheels before HAN and they looked excellent. I will be polishing my slots after I make it a driver again. I will get the sellers information at home and will show before / during / and after of the slot polishing in early September.

Houston, We have a problem.... While inspecting the backs of these wheels I found there are 3 different size center cap holes. 2 are 3 1/4 on the front tapering to 3 5/8" at the back (with 15 x 10 Western Wheel RI on the back), 1 is 3 3/4" (with only 15 x 10 on the back), and 1 is 4 1/4" (with only 15 x 10 on the back). Never really studied them before, but I noticed one has a bigger hole, so I started measuring. Looks like I may be selling them seperate, unless somebody don't care. Just my luck. Any ideas.....Greg

Give me until next week, so I can get the tires off & check on shipping. I will sell if people want them, I went with rallys and will not need them. Would love to see somebody use them. Hopefully shipping will not be a killer. Greg

there are center covers that are connected via the lugs just like the stock trucks but better looking. search eBay and see what you can find. I saw something while at the HAN Swap Meet but did not take a close look since I already have new center caps, lugs and washers to install.

gregbr you've been :tj:

70454, might get better results starting a thread with 'wtb' set of rally wheels.

to the board though.

Regarding the new slots made by American, they seem to only be offered in shallow backspacing, meaning if you want a "deep" look you have to buy used. I bought a set of 5 lugs in the same shape as yours from a board member for $200.00 Canadian, so I would say around $150.00 or so.
