Parking brake stuff/info needed

I'm posting this here because I believe 67-68 have the same setup and also because this section gets A LOT more traffic than the 60-66 section.

Need the long rod for my 66 for the parking brake. I can probably reproduce it, but the old one is AWOL. A picture and measurements would be great, but if someone has a GOOD one to sell and is willing to go through the hassle of shipping this rather long item, let me know. I can buy a length of 1/4 rod an thread and bend it, just not real clear how it all goes together and the approximante length.

Does anyone have a picture or a good diagram of how the parking brake cables run? I have the rearmost cables from the drums to the trailing arm cable brackets and I have the cable from the brake lever. I need to know how to hook up everything in between.

On the later trucks, there's a long cable between the two. It hooks to the cable on one trailing arm, goes forward, then across under the back of the transmission and then back to the other trailing arm. The front cable, from the handle, hooks onto it where it crosses under the truck. That way, when you pull the handle, the front cable is tied to both sides, which pulls the rear cables. No long rods that I've ever seen.
