Yep! Maybe we can form a class action suit against him! He still owes me either the parts or my $410 back!

we contacted paypal today they said they would look into it.paypal also sent a link for the fraud report. One of the questions asks for email addresses of other people who have not recieved their items.Hopefully everyone will file, perhaps enough reports will get someones attention. James partner L Willis is organizing a car show in Lone Oak Oct.1 or 2. found that out on google.Leah

Yup, was in spring of 2003. I just joined the board and was all interested in restoring a 71 GMC short bed 4X4. He got me for bucket seat brackets, bucket seat houndstooth covers, Sierra Grande emblems, and shipping costs. Never saw the parts, and he eventually treatened to have me charged with harassment if I didn't stop calling and sending e-mails.

I was probally one of the original people that he screwed. I sent him a MO for parts 4 years ago and had to track him down through the phone book. He was in th hospital first (excuse) then he moved and I talked to his (BS) brother. I phoned the local Police dept. and they couldn't do zip. I eventually gave it up, POS James Blanton

you can file with the FBI at http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp it is really surprising how fast someone reacts when they have the feds questioning them - after spending 6 months trying to get parts I paid for I filed a complaint and within a month I had a full refund.

Paying with a USPS domestic money order brings the threat of federal fraud charges. And the postal inspectors will go after these guys. One of the tools in their box is seizure of mail, meaning that all mail going to the person or address is stopped until the case is settled.

Why is it that I only had to read the title of the thread to know who was the problem?
Paypal is sending me a refund in my case.
