Late Model Beds - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I bought a 67 LWB step side about a week ago and now it is in about 1000 pieces in my backyard. I was told that the beds from the years 88-98 would fit on my truck. I was thinking about going with a fleetside. Is this possible and do the body lines match (does it look good)? Pictures would be nice.

the fleet sides don't look sweet, step sides do, body lines look great on them but the curves and all just don't go with a fleet.

It is a close one, but the wheel arches just look funny to me. I wish I liked it..I passed on a good bed like that just becouse of the arches...it was dirt cheap too.

Well I would like to go to a SWB. I have a chasiss from an earlier model truck (1965). Will this chasis work with my 67 cab and fenders and a late model step side bed.
