A\C, Heater Blower Problem

Can anyone give me the run down on the wiring for the blower motor from the fuse block to the blower?
So far we have changed the switch, old one got hot enough to melt the connector which also got replaced, the new switch does the same thing, replaced the resistor(?) in the heater box, on the old one one of the coils was warped and hitting the other.
All said and done we still only have one fan speed and the switch is still getting hot.
With the switch on low all the other terminals have power to them on the back of the switch, the rest of the wiring looks good from the switch out and we can't find any thing that looks really bad going to the fuse box.
What do we look for next??
