Tire size fitment? Will these fit??
I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado LS 4x4 Z71, its a shortbed sportside. Its Silver metallic. It has the factory suspension and the factory aluminum wheels. I currently has LT245/75R16s and I was wondering if LT285/75R16s would clear with out rubbing or very little rubbing, the are Cooper Radial ATs.
Thanks for your help. Ben |

I'm not at all familar with the new tire sizes. You'll need to get the true size in inches and see what the difference is.

Mileage change was minute, then again I went from stock 265s. I noticed an immediate loss of low end 'power' due to the taller tire, but that is nothing compared to how much better these look on the new body style pickups I had my tire height recalibrated with my HPP3 for a few years and now with my new programmed PCM, it is calibrated as well I'm on my 2nd set of these tires, got 50K out of the first |
