Bucket Seat Cabs
I have heard that bucket seat cabs have extra supports or something. Can anyone shed some light? Might have got a 1 ton cab that was a factory bucket seat one and was just wondering. Thanks

There are extra retangle shaped brakets welded to the underside of the cab.

There is also a brace that runs between the front of the seats under the cab. The seat bolts to this crossbrace. Blazers also have this brace, but factory bench seat cabs don't.

Buy a cub with the bucket seats & braces
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...hreadid=166277
Sure makes it easier if you can get one like this with all of the original parts and pieces all together. |
