Seat Model

I have a set of seats that came out of a blazer. I am not sure what year they are and I want to order new covers for them. I found a metal tag under the drivers seat that has 2 sets of number on it. 04008100-1 on the top and 48225890 on the bottom. Is there any way to tell what year seats these are by using these numbers?

I tried a couple of searches using those numbers, and couldn't get any results. Post a pic and we will be able to tell you what they are out of...
