Frame dimensions?
Where can I find frame dimensions to check squareness? I have the assembly manual and it is not in there, and I looked in the chassis manual and did not see it in there. I think my frame is slightly out and I want to fix it before I bolt to much stuff back on it.

You don't need the dimensions to check for a bent frame. Any decent shop with frame alignment equipment can verify the frame symmetry. I did this with mine prior to reassembly. I got a slick color report with all of the dimensions and variances and peace of mind for about $100. The variances were miniscule, but I still actually used the information while shimming my body mounts.

Thanks for the info, but the numbers I am after is the "X" dimensions between the two rails. I think the right rail sits slightly back from the right. The info on that web page don't give those numbers.

Why dont you just go out and measure it? if both the measurments are the same, then your from isnt twisted. just do it from opp corner to opp corner.

I have measured it. I keep getting conflictling measurements depending on which holes I use. If I knew which ones were the alignment holes I could get some accurate measurements. I have come to the conculsion many of the holes are hand drilled in the general areas. The alignment holeswould be the same for all frames.
