About to go get my Bed Liner done need bed options
The school put this crappy metal bed on my stepside that has "waves" in it. I can't decide it I want to put down some 3/4 inch plywood down and have that rhino lined over or purchase some steel and weld it down.

How wavy is it? I know that they can spray liners down thick and most of them flow to the low spots. I would take and ask were you going to get it sprayed in at what they might can do with it...I wouldn't put plywood..

Bryan,
We used a piece of diamond plate steel for a floor on my 66 Stepside. Don't get to wild with that welder. That single wall bed is going to heat up quick and burn that paint on the outside. I saw a post a while back where someone used T-rex from Lowes for their floor. They said it held up very well and it has like a 100yr warranty. I know something like that would require you to put your metal strips back in the floor. You could still spray the inside of your bed and leave the floor wood/t-rex. |

I'm going to go talk to a guy today that bought my Trazer. He works at a big steel fabricator in town and he told me he could get the steel at their cost. I'll try that route first.
