basically its from dragging the sh1t outta my front end. I actually had parked the truck for the winter to redo all the suspension but, pulled it out just for one more weekend of fun, and i guess it had takin all the dragging it would take. The lower A arm that the above cup came outta has a hole right through it pretty much. Its also caused from undue care as i was planning on redoing all the suspension this winter anyway; ie new ART strong arms, 1/2" port bags, 3 - 4" Z etc etc...

Yeah, I check it just not every day and 80 mph on the interstate just aint good. It was worth it to be on the 4th Domination Video though.

I hope so. But you might not be saying that next time when you wind up in the hospital or even dead. It's those kind of stunts that give our sport a bad rap. I'm not trying to sound like anyone's dad here, but 80 mph on a public interstate??? Come on, you're endangering everyone else's safety on the road including your own. And the unfortunate thing is nobody thinks about these kinds of things until someone winds up dead. Just my .02 though.....

I agree with 67 fleet... Thats just dumb... Like he said very well.. People don't seem to give a care until something bad happens.. All I know is I feel sorry for the fellow or gal that pulls that stunt that either damages my property or hurts me or a loved one... Cool for a video if you some where remote... I watched a guy wreck doing a willy at about 75mph.. as much as humanitarian as I am I had to laugh at the guy, for being so @#$%#$@ stupid... Just my two Cents...

i do check things out quite frequently. And like i said earlier, i don't really care about wrecking my lower arms cuz i am redoing it all anyway. I knew it was wearing thin. The reason all this happened was the castle nut had lost the codder pin and was two turns from my spindle falling off, hence the nasty angle of the damage to the bag cup. I dunno how that happend, cuz codder pins don't just fall out. I'm just glad i caught it when i did or i coulda ended up like bagged and bodydrop, or worse.

I once got pulled over by a cop for draggin and he was being a dumb ass saying he was gonna make me pay to have all the roads fixed in the area. LOL i'd like to see that. I have looked many times at the roads i have dragged on, namely in front of my parents house, on a secondary hiway, and you can't even see a mark. I think its funny all the people who think that roads get wrecked from draggin. I guess maybe if your dragging a trailer hitch they might, but i don't lol.

and about being dangerous. well i won't say its safe by anymeans, but when i first installed my bags i experimented (on a secluded hiway). I don't run any bumpstops up front so i wanted to see what would happen if i ever blew a bag or something happened like it just did. Going down the hiway at regular hiway speeds i dumped one bag, then both. I didn't lose control, or hit the ditch etc. It just kept going straight, with sparks everywhere of course. So i wasn't really worried about causing alot of damage other than blowing my bag. I was worried about the ball joint coming off though. I need to install my new oem a arms but she'll be fixed up and dragging again soon.

You're just validating my previous statement. People like you give the entire sport a bad name. It's sad really. Maybe you should buy a mini-truck instead. Seems that would be a much better fit for you.....

Maybe you should heed your own advice and "read" the whole post. I don't see anywhere where I said "my" sport. You'll realize one day when you grow up that there are consequences to your actions. There's a reason dragging is illegal. End of story.
