Installing a head unit into a hacked dash
Over the weekend, I faced a situation that I would imagine is very common. I decided to replace the junk head unit that was in my truck when I bought it, only to discover that the dash had been hacked when that last head unit was installed.
Since I would imagine that a lot of people have encountered the same problem, I tossed some pictures and explanation up on my Sounddomain page. Hopefully it will give some others a few ideas for their own ride. Before: After: Link: http://www.sounddomain.com/ride/2083978/2 |

I think I'll just get myself one of those radio delete plates, and when the time comes, cut that so I can get the size of the DIN perfect, rather than having that gap above and below like comes with the factory opening

Jim if you could make one of those plates for the front for me, how much would you want for it? I really like the way you did that.
