Rear widow won`t close all the way

The rear window`s acting up.Some times it won`t go all the way down. But,mostly it won`t close completely. At firast, someone could go back and help it.Now,that doesn`t work.Could aging weatherstrip/channels be giving too much resistance?I cleaned and put di-electric on all contacts back there.Any ideas?

The weatherstrip/ channels are a good place to start. Take the rear pannel off and use a flash light to see the side channels. There is a good chance the felt is peeling off and clogging them up.

they are a little bigger due to more window weight to raise. I got mine from autozone if I remem right it cost me 65 + tax and that was with my discount of 10%

I put a new motor in and it didn`t fix it.What`s the best way to pop the switch off the dash? Are the prongs on the sides or top and bottom?
