Anyone heard of?

I was looking through my interchange parts book the other day and four under the emblems a '72 Highlander pickup. Anyone ever see one of these? How about a '75 Estate Suburban? What were these?

The Highlander was a late 72 thing. It's been said Chevy came up with it to breath live in to the sales of the 72 models before the redesign of the 73 models. As far as I know it included wild 70's color plad cloth bench seat inserts and special wheel covers. I don't think there were any emblems anywhere. (Not sure though)
