Here's a pic of my wood bed. Its covered in a gallon of Dupont clearcoat..... looks pretty sharp huh?

I must say Cali_surfer. For painting that thing in your driveway. THAT LOOKS GREAT!!! You musta put in the hours of elbow grease, wet sanding and buffing. You should be proud, you did a hell of a job.

The paint is Dupont....... ChromaBase for the color, and ChromaPremier for the clear. For all you guys thinking about painting your truck yourself, you can do it. The actual painting isnt that hard, but its your body work that will make or break your job. You can fix almost any mistake with a little sandpaper and a buffer.
