Question Sport mirrors, replacement heads?

A friend of mine has some sport mirrors that have the glass cracked on both. Is there any way to replace the mirror head? Looking at them from the backside they have 4 rivits and no screws holding the head to the stem. How can you remove the head on these and is there a replacement made for them?
Thanks

I once had an auto glass shop cut me some new tinted mirror blanks for my GM West Coast Jr mirrors. It was pretty reasonable. I don't know about the smaller mirrors. You can get the whole units new from vendors like LMC, but I'm not sure that's something you want to do.
