Need Firewall Plug/Plate for Clutch Actuating Rod

I have a 1970 Chevy C-20 with an automatic transmission. A previous owner covered up a hole in the firewall with part of a license plate screwed to the firewall. The hole appears to be for the clutch actuating rod for the manual transmission version of my truck. Does anyone know where I can get the missing firewall plug/plate?

Thanks in advance!
