Thumbs up whats it worth ???? 71 BB short bed C10....

this truck is SOLID but needs lots of work to be a nice driver. i sold my Z71 last night so i could buy this truck but i dont want to spend way more than i should.
heres the run down on the truck....
supposedly rebuilt BIG BLOCK - sounds real ince
new exhaust
turbo 400
SOLID ROCKERS/CAB etc.
bed has been tore apart/unbolted and is in VERY nice shape (needs to be finished being bolted together and a bedline/painted etc. but its solid)
NEW blazer tank kit with gas filler run up thru bed floor for now
has a hole cut in the bed side but hasnt finished it up
cracked front windsheild
big back window
needs all the little stuff for the interior replaced/fixed etc.
no carpet
redone bench seat in gray (looks nice)
needs all the guages etc. restored
needs misc. dents etc. fixed
needs cab corners since they are all bondo at the moment (he thinks it was a farmers truck so they prob. got smashed at one time)
needs paint all around (check pic)
might have a long bed parts truck to go with it (if i want it, dont know if he wantes extra money for it though)
all new front end parts (ball joints, tie rods, etc.)
check out the pic and throw some numbers at me
