Re: I Like SUMMIT
Hada great buying experience this week. Part got here in less than 48 hours from submitting the order, even got a few goodies in the box to go with it. Never had to deal with customer service, which seems to be a rarity these days.

Re: I Like SUMMIT
I have also had nothing but positive experiences with Summit. Love the free shipping (as long as you order enough to justify the $8 handling charge) as well as the customer service.

Re: I Like SUMMIT
I have been ording from Summit Racing since I first found them almost 20 years ago.
I have been nothing but satified with their products, shipping and customer service. Heck, when they first started this free shipping thing I ordered a TCI Street Fighter trans. That was a helava deal for about $500 shipped to your dor via truck freight. I also give a big thumbs up to Summit |

Re: I Like SUMMIT
Dang, and I thought I was a special customer when they included that SUMMIT cap. Great customer service. Never, ever received damaged or incorrect parts.
Now, if we can only get the home improvement stores to receive the same type of training............... -Rudi-

Re: I Like SUMMIT
Summit is great! Jegs sucks due to poor business practices. After Jegs was responsible for putting Southside Machine out of business, alot of G body guys have boycotted them. I highly recommend if you have a local speed shop, get to know the guys there, the owner etc. Otherwise, there will be no local speed shops, only vatozone/schucks/kragen/advance/Oreillys/napa and we all know how much help they can be with anything that's not in the computer. Support your local speed shops, they are a dying breed!!!!

Re: I Like SUMMIT
I would love to go down to my local speed shop, but there is only one. Can you believe that there is only one speed shop If you can call it that) in New Orleans? And all they have are just a few intakes, a few chrome pieces here and there. Plus, they are azzholes to boot. I am the type of person who likes to pick up, look at and feel whatever I am buying. Remeber Supershops? I wish they were still around.
