Ford F350 rims on a GMC 2500 - Lug nuts?

I have a set of Ford F350 (1 ton) rims that I want to put on my GMC 2500 3/4 ton 2WD with a Dana 60 rear end. The ford rims have the right 8 lug 6.5 inch pattern, but the lug holes are a tad larger than the lug holes on my existing rims. Existing rims 0.64 inch, ford rims 0.68 inch lug hole. I need lug nuts that have the 2500 size & thread, but the larger taper diameter to fit the ford rims. Do these exist anywhere or am I SOL?

Thanks,
Pete

Ok, I think I figured out the deal. The lug nuts I have (original?) are worn out. The tapered part is concave. They worked ok with the original wheels, but on the F350 rims the taper only makes contact at the outer edge of the lug hole. A new set of lug nuts should take care of the problem.
