Whenever i start my truck or let it idle it seems to smoke really bad and it only comes out of one tailpipe the left one. It is blue colored smoke.

Your burning oil.
One thing that may help a little, make sure you are running a good PCV valve on one valve cover, and a breather on the other.
More likely than not though, you have ring/bore damage in one cylinder.
