MODS MOVED it???

OK, this time I start a thread in the 67-72 mess board, I'm asking for help from members in Pulaski, Tn. Now its been moved. Where??? I found it in the regions section, now how many members look there???????? And how often???? The blazer I'm looking at is up for auction for a week and I'm asking for someone to go look at it, now I have to hope someone finds it in the region section????? This was on the 67-72 mess board orginally, isn't this a mess I was asking???

I must admit I don't really know the difference in some of the new boards and I think I have been told I keep posting on the wrong ones. I don't know when to use message, or gen discussion or others. I didn't even notice regions. I'll bet there's an explanation of all of them somewhere on here. Anyone point us in the right direction?

wow, look there's a section of the board where you can go to be all alone. Regions is kind of like a time out room. 4 months of posts all on 1 screen. Good luck finding someone to look at a blazer for you.

We can feel your pain Randy.
Power! When I was in my thirties I drove a full size raised Blazer and I thought I owned the road.
Reality! It took me twenty+ years and to drive a lowered S10 to realize I am an ordinary guy.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/index.php3? Try looking at what is available at the site instead of just using the quick links (which are slowly being updated).

Everyone whined that the main board was too "cluttered" and they couldn't find anything in it so we created more sections, then everyone refuses to use more sections... There are 19000 people here, 3000+ of which post weekly, if you all would read the proper areas and use them after whining to me for weeks to get them, there wouldn't be a problem, th quick links are going to be removed until they can be revamped since no one seems to know how to click on the index page to navigate to find theproper forums.... This isn't just a "little" forum anymore, this is a large place that without order turns into chaos and we try our hardest to keep it orderly, but half the members don't seem to want to help and prefer to complain when things drop off the page to oblivion rather than have it in the proper place so the proper people can see it....

I never whined about being the board being cluttered, you have 3 vendors on this thread asking about the samething. Exposure, that is why I asked on the message board, and it was about 67-72 truck stuff. Region pages do not get the exposure it seems, if you have to have a answer quickly its better on the message board than region. I realize the board has grown and the mods have to do alot, and do a good job. Most members do not to go to each section, mainly parts and message board. As far as surfing the site I search it the same way I did years ago, but now I go to 67-72 Parts, 67-72 message, 69-72 blazers, 67-72 trucks for sale, and GD sections, thats all I read unless I got alot of time to check other sections. I'm done whining, but I'm still looking for a member in or around Pulaski, TN. Meathead has offered but he's 2 hours from there, Shane has offered to but he's out of town this week. Thanks to both of these guys!!!!! I've got 8 days till the auction is over. Thanks Randy

The links that were provided were awesome but untill WE all learn to post in the right areas and take some of the pressure off the MODS so that they can come here and enjoy their time instead of having to spend their free time moving and deleating stuff we will have do do this the hard way(not that it is all that hard).JMHO

Randy, I do the exact same routine as you do. I log in on the 67-72 parts and go through same routine as yours. I guesse it comes from being on the board for so many years. Anyways I just thought I'd point that out for no particular reason....
