Message board "NEW" look.

I really like the new look of the board. It reminds me of GMC's Pauls Truck board that I use to be on befor I had some health problems. Looks good Josh.

I think part of the "new" look is because some people dont know which post to put thier post in. Like this really should not be in the 67-72 messagees but in the "genral" discussion posts.

Sorry, I didnt mean to sound like it might have. It was just that some have made comments about posts in the wrong fourms and this I think was going to help it. The Mods that have to move stuff to the right fourms have a lot to do and when they do get moved some complain that they cant find them.
I think they just want everyone to think about where thier post should really go.

I shall bow down in your presence then perhaps you would care to volunteer for the staff thats been posted etc to help change things?
Comments like time been here etc is exactly what drives new members off. I could care less whos been here how long or how many posts etc. Its not about that its about community.

btw I was a lurker for a year or so before I joined.. you see, the people in chat then had to talk me into registering.. I was afraid to do so and post because of attitudes such as this. Hope your proud.

Ok lets keep this conversation civil so no one gets banned for saying things they shouldn't. If you guys will take the time to read the post put up by Josh you might understand why things have changed. Look here

If your not happy with the changes it's your right to express that, but it is not your right to talk to another forum member in a rude manner. Especially when that other forum member is an administrator (Liz).

My suggestion again is to keep it civil and try to understand this forum is "nothing" like it used to be simply because there are a few gazillion more members now....

When any sort of community grows.. be it a Housing community, a Company, an internet forum or even a church, growing pains are going to arise. The Mom and Pop store that grows larger and larger has to keep up with the demand of the patrons. More rules have to be put in place in order to keep the order and keep things running smoothly.

Expansion, be it a building or a computer server is always a hardship while its under development. Some things become inoperable or unusable for a while in order to make things better for the future..not to mention the money involved in doing the "renovations". Sometimes in a growth process, that "personal touch" that the small business owners always had can be lost in the chaos. We are doing what we can not to lose the personal touch here. Its important to all the staff that we maintain a good relationship with all of you. You must in turn, be patient through the growth and all that comes with it.. which is what I mentioned above.

If you're having a problem with navagation or whatever aspect of this site.. then Please, please tell one of the moderators through a PM. Give us time to get back to you.

Look towards the future and what this place can become. Thanks!

Thumbs up to the powers that be. Both male and female. Thanks for having this board for us . No matter the changes. Most will adjust. It's so easy to be on this side ( that I'm on ) and complain or think how it should be. But lets give the people that make it happen some credit. It's an awesome place and I'll tell ya. If you have an interest in another kind of car. Unless it's some " Namebrand " you won't find a board like this for it. Some out there know what I'm talking about.

Don't tell anyone but the removal of the quicklinks was an attempt to slow Andy down, 90% of the bandwidth goes to his archived posts, they didn't want him to overload the server.

Do you really think that would slow Andy down? I do not think so. He is now working on 100,000. Nothing can stop that man. Well maby a woman?
Get Andy a wife and he will not have enought time to be on here as he does now. She will have him doing all kinds of honey doo-o-o's. Yep, he needs a wife and maby some of you can (maby) someday catch up. ?? That is about the only way.
